How to register
You can only view prices, discounts, & shop online if you are a registered trade customer. To register, click on the register button at the top of the page. Simply fill in your details and click on the register button. Please make sure that you use a valid email address when registering.
Once you register, you will be able to log in immediately. This will allow you to view prices, discounts, and to place an order through the online facility. If we find that you are not actually a valid trade customer, we will contact you of this, and your order will be cancelled.
Registering will automatically put you on our mailing list, and you will receive newsletters twice a month, once with our monthly specials, and once with our new products.
How to order
Browse our product categories or use the search box to quickly find an item by its description. When you’ve found the item you are looking for, adding the item to your shopping cart is easy by following the instructions below:
Enter the desired order quantity in the quantity box and click the “Add to Cart” button to place the item in your cart.
You can continue shopping till you are ready to finish your order.
Review Shopping Cart
If you want to check what’s in your cart or you want to finish shopping, click on the shopping cart icon located in the upper right corner of each page. You can also make some changes to your shopping cart here, such as modify quantities or remove an item from your shopping cart. If you make any changes to your order, click the “Update Cart” button. If you wish to continue shopping, just keep on browsing the categories or search for a specific item. If you are finished selecting items, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom right corner of the page.
In this section you can modify your invoicing information such as company information, billing address and shipping address. Your order details will be grabbed automatically from your account information. If you need to change any of these details you can type them here. You can also type in “Order Notes” any special request you might have. Once you have finished with the details, click on the checkbox to indicate that you have read our terms and conditions, then click the “Place Order” button at the bottom right corner of the page.
Within a few minutes of completing your order, you will receive an email from Transglobal Trading confirming receipt of your order. Please note, if you don’t receive this confirmation, we haven’t received your order.
Your order will usually be completed & ready to ship within 2 working days. If we have any queries on your order, we will contact you before that, otherwise we will contact you when the order is completed to notify you of the order total including freight & GST, & to arrange for payment.
Although we have tried to get the colours of the product images on this website to match the actual colours, this has not always been possible. We are always happy to credit or replace any items not suitable. In many of the plated findings & beads, we have used black & white images which already existed in our database in an attempt to have this website online as quickly as possible. As we get more of our inventory online we hope to be able to go back and place colour images throughout.
We have included sizes on most items, images are not to actual size.
