Ordering Options

As well as using our shopping cart system, you may order by fax, mail, email, or phone. Alternatively you may drop into our showroom in Windsor. All of our contact details may be found on the "Contact Us" page.

Order Time

 

We endeavor to send orders within 2 working days of receipt. At peak times however this may not always be attainable so please ensure that you send your orders to us as soon as you can. Ordering through the shopping cart may add some time to this for new customers, where the need for multiple contacts occurs. After you have ordered through us several times and are comfortable with the process this may be speeded up by allowing us to store credit card details in our system & being able to send orders without being notified of the order total. For orders other than shopping cart orders please ensure that you state your customer name and code, and make sure that you have the correct reference code for all items ordered. Orders may on occasion be held if some items are out of stock but due to arrive within several days. We will advise you when this happens.

Minimum Orders

go here Due To Increased Labour Costs We Have Decided to Add A Minimum Order Value To Orders. This Value Has Been Set At $35.00 For Australian Orders & $50.00 For International Orders.

Backorders

If there are any items not in stock on an order we will advise you by email when they are due in. When such items arrive back in stock, you will be contacted to see if they are still required.

follow Items which are not in stock, show up with a "Due In Date". This will allow customers to place items on backorder which are currently out of stock. Please note that the "Due In Date" may change, but we will try to keep it as accurate as possible. Items that do not yet have a due date will be hidden on the website.

Shipping & Insurance

 

Most orders are shipped by Australia Post or Express Post at our discretion. Local orders may also be sent by a courier. We use Couriers Please. Please advise when ordering if you have a preference. We may also send shipments by other methods, but please note that this would have to be organised by you and would not be covered by our insurance. A small amount is added onto all freight charges to cover insurance. Light bulky items such as display materials may incur additional freight charges.

 

Payment Options

 

Credit Card or Direct Deposit into our bank account are the best way to ensure that your goods are shipped speedily. We also accept cheque, money order, or we can send goods C.O.D. If you are visiting our showroom cash or eftpos are also accepted.

 

Damaged Items & Returns

 

Please check your order and advise us within one week of receipt if there is anything missing or damaged. We will be happy to replace or credit any items which are faulty, damaged in transit, or just not what you wanted. After this time, or after the products have been passed on to the consumer the replacement of faulty items will be at our discretion. Please note that no credit or replacement will be issued until the item in question has been returned to our warehouse. Make sure that you include the product code for the returned item as well as the invoice number. Replacements for damaged items will be sent out to you freight free. Any items sold in packs that are returned as not suitable & have been opened will attract a 10% restocking fee.

 

Specials

 

Every month we have a new set of specials. Please note that these specials are available for one month only, & generally are only available until sold out.

 

GST

 

Due to the fact that we are a wholesale only company, none of our prices include GST. In the shopping cart the GST is added on at the end

Deposits

Large orders where all the stock is unavailable & must be ordered in specially, or special orders may require a deposit. We will advise if this is required.
